Jo did a fantastic job installing our 65-inch TV. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. He arrived on time, brought all the necessary tools, and made sure everything was securely mounted. The cables were neatly hidden, and the overall setup looks sleek and modern. Jo took the time to explain the positioning and ensured we were happy with the final look. His attention to detail and commitment to doing a clean, precise job really stood out. We submitted a work order at 11pm last night and today by 9am Jo already messaged us to come take a look! Jo solved the issue quickly and we couldn’t be happier with how fast the process was!
Joe did a great job helping fix a few things in our apartment and our maintenance request was answered in under 24 hours! Thank you again!
I moved out of the Taylor end of January and had an amazing experience the concierge team always goes above and beyond and Kasha from management was always helpful. I will miss them all dearly
