Worst run building management I have ever experienced. Billing issues and the company auto enrolls people into tenant insurance products without knowledge. Building management has turned over 3/4x in the last 3 years and many times it takes months to hear back from your building manager. The building has a small condo gym that is high quality but they outsource and monetize the space by letting external private trainers run their business in the space. I recently moved into the Taylor and have had an excellent experience so far. Sayansh, one of the concierge staff went above and beyond to assist with my move, making the entire process smooth and stress free. He ensured I was able to use the loading dock for my larger items and took extra care to help my furniture builders find parking and locate my unit. Overall, I am very happy with the concierge team at the Taylor and with the building as a whole.
I had an amazing experience with Carlos at The Taylor. His service was both professional and friendly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The building itself is the best I’ve seen in my 5 years in Toronto – great location and hotel-like standards. This condo is absolutely beautiful. Carlos, keep up the excellent work and your top-notch professionalism!
Reposting a review now that I have been living here since Oct 2022. The building itself is very nice, and well decorated. amenities are great with some minor issues (pool closures in the middle of the summer, very high booking fees for lounges/guest suites). Unit layout is decent, appliances are high quality. The building puts on different events and classes for residents which is highly appreciated and adds to the value of living here.
