My roommate and I have had a fantastic experience at The Taylor. The building is well-maintained, and the amenities are outstanding. We highly recommend it to anyone. The staff has been incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. A special thanks to Carlos and Sayahsh Mohah from the concierge and Nathan from leasing for their exceptional welcome during our first few weeks - we truly appreciate it!
Sayansh and Matthias are amazing concierges who consistently go above and beyond. They are always quick to help with anything we need and handle every request efficiently and professionally. Their friendly attitudes, reliability, and attention to detail really make a difference in the building. We know we can always count on them whenever something comes up. Highly recommend!
Billy always responds to our maintenance requests submitted through the app often the same day as we send them in. He always goes above and beyond! Thank you Billy and the Taylor!!
