I’ve had a great experience living in this building so far, and a big reason for that is the amazing concierge team. They are always friendly, welcoming, professional, and ready to help whenever needed. I especially want to thank Sayansh, who went above and beyond during my move. Great place to live with excellent amenities. The staff are especially great. Sayansh, in particular, is always very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.
Let me start by saying that the building itself is attractive, clean, and generally well managed. Unfortunately, none of that makes up for the fact that we effectively lived for years without functioning air conditioning. Specifically, unit 1108, buyer beware. From the day we moved in until the day we left, the air conditioning never worked properly. Five stars for Marin from the building security team! My mom recently had a fall right outside The Taylor, and Marin was an absolute lifesaver. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and went completely above and beyond to ensure my mom was okay and well taken care of. Thanks to her quick actions and genuine care, my mom felt safe during a very stressful moment, and we were able to focus on getting her knee injury sorted out. The building itself is in a great location, is well-maintained, and offers excellent amenities. One of the biggest highlights is the concierge team, which is outstanding. Mathias, Alewuya, and especially Sayansh consistently went above and beyond.
