I want to share my sincere gratitude for Marine, who works on the night shift concierge team. I accidentally left my purse in the lobby restroom, and she was incredibly kind and proactive in finding it and reaching out to return it to me. Great service with Sayansh Mohan, Matthias and the team at the front desk who excel in every area of customer service. They go beyond the scope of their responsibilities to accommodate residents and always have a positive attitude which is great
Reposting a review now that I have been living here since Oct 2022. The building itself is very nice, and well decorated. amenities are great with some minor issues (pool closures in the middle of the summer, very high booking fees for lounges/guest suites). Unit layout is decent, appliances are high quality. The building puts on different events and classes for residents which is highly appreciated and adds to the value of living here.
