I’ve had a really positive experience living in the Taylor. It’s well-maintained, the facilities are great, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and secure. The concierge team as a whole does a fantastic job. They’re consistently helpful, professional, and approachable, which makes a big difference day to day. I recently moved into The Taylor and have had a great experience so far with everyone I’ve met. The building is wonderful, and the staff have been incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special shoutout to the concierge team, who have been amazing from day one, and to Kent from the maintenance team. Kent went above and beyond helping me hang my art, my headboard, and my TV, and made the move-in process so much easier. Really appreciate the support and great service.
Wanted to give a special shoutout to the Concierge Team - specifically, Matthias and Sayansh. They always go the extra mile to help out with a smile on their face. Have been consistently making things easier and are very proactive rather than reactive. A real positive energy that makes living at The Taylor a great experience.

From the very first time we toured the building, through move in, and every day since living here, they have both been incredibly kind, welcoming, and consistently helpful. It used to be good but the management changed and now there is no more support. Calls, email, messages will not be answered. The front desk staff is excellent but anything regarding administration is awful. The amenities are mostly very nice except the gym is dominated by personal trainers who monopolize the space and make excessive noise, disrupting anyone else who is unlucky enough to be there at the same time.
