We have used Tax shelter for couple years and we will NOT be using them again! We were told the fees would be 210.00 and that’s what’s in our papers. That’s all we agreed to! No where and at no time were we informed that our personal information, including our bank account numbers and social security numbers would be given to a third party, Refund Advantage, nor were we told that they would also take out additional fees! Can't say enough about how awesome these guys are. Fantastic experience, they made tax time enjoyable. Unlike the other places who are only around this time of year, they do this year round and it shows!
Excellent service paired with excellent understanding of tax preparation! And it's priced right. I'm glad the do-it-yourself programs are in the past for me! It's a comparable price to those and yet I don't have to do the work. Great experience!
