First time and LAST time here....went this past Thursday and ordered 10 pc shrimp with fries and salad for my sides, husband ordered wings and shrimp. Waitress brought out food, I got only a salad, while my husband got his wings and fries. We just spent $30 on overcooked barely seasoned lemon pepper wings. #NEVER AGAIN.
Long-time customers are NOT important! I had the worst customer service experience ever at the J.R. Crickets Sandtown Crossing location. I booked a party there, where I had already order a few hundred dollars worth of food and invited 50 people. When they (owner/management) realized their mistake ... they had booked this party during their "fight" party time, they tried to force us to leave or pay a $10 cover charge.
