Food temps were off, which I am pretty particular about. Food didn't come out the way described on the menu (only one crab cake came with the Lobster Mac and Cheese with no warning from server). The bread that came with the Fondu seemed old and if it wasn't, it just wasn't tasty in general, also, the cheese was cold and the burner it came with kept shutting off. Overall, not great but we'll probably try again.
Very disappointed. Menu is weak. No kids menu, poor layout on the restaurant side, sold out of numerous items, no entrees on an already limited menu before 4. Won't be back.

Joe..I wish we could regain your business. REstaurants have hiccups in their first months of business and we are no exception. I cant change the layout of the restaurant side as I like it and I designed it but would be open to suggestions as we can always improve. No kids menu-we will have by weekend. Items sold out-we r a full scratch kitchen and this will happen.
I know a good thing when I see one..And this place is the next big thing to hit St.Charles..Im honored to be a part of the team!!
First time in tonight with my 2 kiddos. Love the atmosphere! Chicken quesadilla was good. Chicken wings are tiny but we liked the regular wing/hot sauce. We have never seen wings so small for $11! Think you should upgrade on those. Things that disappointed me~ seeing your manager cater to 2 tables of his friends and then go outside with a couple to smoke. Sorry for the experience. I was there and don't know how I missed you. My GM is actually a former Massas guy and my son lives with Tony Massa so we know how well they do what they do...Blake was having dinner with friends. The wings...a major FUBAR-ny wife ran for extra wings and they were the Winnie size...we shouldn't have served them
I think they need a few more weeks to work the kinks out. We went this morning about 11:30 with our kids for lunch. It wasn't very busy but waited a long time for our food. NO KIDS MENU and no milk...no biggie, we order toasted ravioli off of the appetizer menu for our kids but they were out of ravioli. We finally settled on a pizza, chicken quesadilla, and hawaiian burger. Pizza and quesadilla were good but the hamburger (not the toppings, but the actual meat) was flavorless and rubbery. Yummy cheese fondue!!! Huge selection of beer. We had a great dinner and service. Thank you :)
It was awesome. Good service. Their toasted raviolis are amazing! I recommend everyone to try them. Not like any other. Will definitely be returning here :)
