Either we went there while the place was still too new or the staff just sucks. They shouldn't say I'm sorry as many times as they did.

Great food,lots of beer selections,and prices were reasonable.
Excellent service, good food, great prices, awesome atmosphere, mindbending drink choices! So happy to be a patron! I will definitely return.
Great beer selection! The chicken modiva was delicious! The wait staff was very attentive and I look forward to going back.
Still have some work to do. Hope things get better once their full menu is out and they are brewing their own beer.

The beer selection alone is outstanding! Yummy food and great service. They are new and are working some things out but the concept and ambiance is amazing. So excited to have a downtown feel right here in St. Charles.
Tried it out last Friday around 10pm...sat in the bar area. Was super impressed with what you have done and appreciated it!!! Been following your progress.Took a while to be greeted and that was after we went to the bar to get our drinks...finally we had a waitress come and greet us. Was told the other waitress' were cut. Thanks Missy...we have been struggling with a late night menu as we have been overran..great problem during the day..we will have a limited late night menu in a week or so after we catch our breath...introduce yourself the next time your in..we care about our customers and true lily wish for it to be an exceptional place
Food temps were off, which I am pretty particular about. Food didn't come out the way described on the menu (only one crab cake came with the Lobster Mac and Cheese with no warning from server). The bread that came with the Fondu seemed old and if it wasn't, it just wasn't tasty in general, also, the cheese was cold and the burner it came with kept shutting off. Overall, not great but we'll probably try again.
