Awesome gym with awesome staff. They really care about members as individuals. Great classes!
Only my second week and it is amazing! Thought coach Will was nuts when he pulled out a skateboard and sledgehammer to workout but learned quickly it is exactly what I need. The entire staff is awesome! Encouraging. Inviting, and very knowledgeable. Everything someone like me needs to make this life change.
By far my favorite place to train. Great selection of free weights as well as any machines you could need.
Been a member for over seven years! Love the fact that the doors are open at 5:00am!
I never fail to get a amazing workout every time I go. Their staff always greets you with welcoming smiles and they have everything that a person would need to get the great workout that they are looking for. My favorite part of all, everyone is accepted no matter what level of athleticism they are in.
I've been a member and worked out regularly for a little over a year now, it's a great environment, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Coach Will White is a great coach.
