UATC is the best gym in WNC! I’ve been instructed, encouraged, and motivated by the incredible trainers and staff. I also lost 8lbs and 3 inches off my waist in the first six weeks of Urban Training. I highly recommend this gym and Urban Training to anyone looking to make strides in their health and overall fitness.
Best gym I’ve ever been to! Amazing, welcoming environment. The staff is kind and helpful with any and all needs. The classes are fun but challenging. Such an encouraging group of people and an excellent sense of community between the staff and members. First gym I’ve ever been to where I not only recognize others, but know them by name! Makes me excited to go work out. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
