Very smooth leasing application and move-in process! Everyone has been extremely helpful so far
We just moved in last week, and so far so good! Only complaint is that their loading dock is short, so vehicles larger than 10 feet can’t use it. They left a care package in the apartment for us on move-in, which included useful stuff like toilet paper. Very appreciated! I remember in my last apartment traveling around on foot in a sketchy part of the city to get some essentials when we newly moved up this way. Tala is a great place if you work by the JHH since it is nearby. All the staff have been really good during my stay. All the concierge personnel have high level of customer service and personalized assistance. Lacey, has been a great help! Be sure to look for her if you want detailed tour of the place. 😁
Great experience here. My friend was immigrating from Korea and she found this place to settle in as her first home by herself in the United States. We had a lot of stuff to bring to her and she was flying in later yesterday and I had stuff in the minivan to bring to drop off before she arrived. My friend sent an email to them in my wife's name instead of my name so they were not able to let me have the key to move her stuff in, so I was devastated to drive back and forth and carry a lot of stuff around Baltimore.
