Taco Bar, queso was great, brisket tacos were good.
It's okay food.
I wanted to love this place but it was just ok. I have a hunch that microwaves are used (wouldn't Gordan Ramsey be upset). But the food was out fast, lol. Chicken street taco needed some seasoning, it almost tasted sweet, very strange. Chorizo and egg taco was good. Taco combo was ok, beans tastes better than they looked but rice wasn't very good. Seating was comfortable and atmosphere was cool!
No! I ordered the brisket tacos at 9am this morning. And before I even left the restaurant I knew it was going to be bad. I sat and watched the guy in the back throw the meat into a tortilla and then throw it in oven to warm up! It was NOT fresh…probably made the day before or maybe even the day before that. The wet meat made the tortilla soggy and it was all over the inside of the foil. Looked so nasty. It was blah and bland and weird tasting. The beans and rice were clearly made on a different day.
