The prime rib, baked potato and green beans was absolutely wonderful and the service was great!!!
The food was very good, service was impeccable! Loved the rustic interior and old American charm. Huge fireplace...comfy chairs...mood lighting! Loved this place!
It's a great place. The good was amazing and the service was exceptional ad always. We went to have a nice dinner for our 31st anniversary and it didn't disappoint.
We make this our annual Christmas time date night. Food, ambiance and service is great. Tried the blue cheese stuffed mushrooms. Outstanding. RIP chop and a side we split as it's so much food. Top it off with a bottle of wine and it's a superb romantic night out.

I’ve dinned here at this restaurant several times over a 20 year span. One of the last few steak houses surviving since the 1800s is impressive. Decor is old however, the service is great and the food is delicious. Servings are petite and prices are high. I had the filet mingeon, mashed potatoes and grilled seasonal vegetables. Of course hot sourdough bread and butter. I didn’t need a knife, the filet so tender could be cut with a fork. My filet mignon was dry :( it was a nice setting tho .
