Don’t move in unless you NEVER want to move out. As a peaceful proper tenet for three years I will share that the office is unorganized and will hound you for everything they can get from you. They wrote a refund check for my roommate and myself for the security deposit, proceeded to send an idemized bill of nearly $600 in charges for mostly past months utilities and new carpet. Affordable place near old Town Scottsdale! Staff is responsive and have had all my service requests addressed within a day. Proximity to old Town is a must.
Its a very nice place lived here for3 years .never waited for maitainance.loved the pool area .the fact it had washer and dryer on inside.and for most part very clean.
I lived here for two years i � here and so do my daughter.The staff they are beautiful people with warm personality and great helpers .Maintenance � every time .Always get the job down in a flash i � them too and very respectable men that work the property. Management. ..The two women who runs this place Mrs.Tina and Mrs.Beth very nice women. Since ive been here for two years are the Best i only have wonderful and nice things to say about these classic ladies.God Bless you Two and Keep up the Good work.
DON'T LIVE HERE! The apartments and the grounds are nice but the office staff can't do their jobs properly. They will say and do anything to cover up their mistakes. They forged my signature on certified mail on court documents over an issue I had all ready resolved. They're incompetence made my credit drop 100 points and here I am 3 years later still fighting with these people! It's by far the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment complex and now me and my kids can't get a new apartment. Find somewhere else to li... read more
I've lived here for almost two years now and have always had an excellent experience. Tina and team have always done a professional job of attending to residents' needs and thoughtfully hearing our concerns. It is a pleasant environment to be tenants, and we highly recommend living here. The grounds are nice, the amenities are kept up, and the units are beautiful. 5 stars!
