Avoid at all cost! This clinic is a complete waste of time and money. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone—they don't answer the phone and they never call you back. The overcharging is outrageous; they billed me nearly $400 just for a sick note. They seem to care more about how much money they can make than about patient care.
Worst experience ever with nurse Mindy Lai. She acts as if she is a doctor. I was previously under Dr. Nithya Suresh, who was truly sweet and professional. Unfortunately, after she left, I was placed under Dr. Ajay Chanana. While I was fine with Dr. Ajay, it was shocking and unprofessional that his patients were being seen and managed by nurses instead. I’ve been going to this clinic for a three years, and in that time I’ve been reassigned to five doctors. All of them were great, but I’ve learned not to get too attached and just accepted that as part and parcel of keeping a doctor in this insane city. Sometimes “the devil you know” is the way to go. I had a deeply concerning experience at this clinic that has led me to transfer my care elsewhere. First, I was given incorrect information about the results of an important medical test. I was told over the phone that everything was “all good,” only to later discover in the written report that the result was actually inconclusive and clearly marked as such.
