Excellent experience with the doctor but dreadful service but the clinic. No one ever answers the phone and the online booking system has not been working for couple weeks at least
Don’t have good service. Staff never answers the call. Doctors go on half day or full day leave. bad experience
This clinic seems to have taken in more patients than it can handle, exceptionally long wait times despite taking appointments, nurse practitioners working in place of doctors, casual attitude towards treatment. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic
You never see your family doctor but a Nurse only. The nurse Mindy Lai treats you like if you are lying about what other doctors told you. Everything I said she was making faces and saying who told you that? She is a nurse not a doctor. Why do I have to talk about my medical problems with her and not with a doctor. She is not only unfamiliar with medical concerns but also a very unprofessional person who seems to be mad and unhappy with her job.
This is, without doubt, the WORST clinic with extremely rude and dismissive staff that I have EVER dealt with. Do yourself a favour...Save your time and sanity - AVOID this clinic at all costs and go to a better clinic!
