This is one of the best swim schools in the area. Before coming here, we have tried another school and did not love our experience. I love Kids First swim school for its small class size, flexibility, and most importantly, the swim instructors. I think this is our 5th year with the swim school and both of my kids love this place. Edit on December 26th: kids first called to apologize and did refund our tuition. They found our email when they searched and apologized for missing it and not following up. I've changed my rating from 1 to 3 because the pool and classes were nice, they just don't meet our specific needs. Original review: Unfortunately they do not honor their 100% guarantee. We signed up on Nov 22nd and canceled on December 14th because we were not satisfied with the facilities. I THOUGHT that this statement meant we could cancel in 30 days ... read more
