I ordered a Roblox themed 6 inch round cake and 18 cupcakes. It was supposed to be chocolate and vanilla cake. We didn't even cut into the cake and the cupcakes were pound cake, not regular cake. Everyone was put off my the dense cupcakes. And the decorations did not look good. The red icing was leaking onto the white icing. They forgot a letter and had to fix it when I picked it up. Sitting here eating my great chicken salad and enjoying my FREE cake treat. The only bad thing about the Sweetery is having to make a decision on what I want to eat! But the ladies (and Ryan!) are always spot-on with helping me.
I absolutely love The Sweetery. Their food is amazing!! Some people may say it's pricy, I say you get what you pay for. I've eaten there so many times and have purposely ordered something different every time And have NEVER had anything I didn't like. Plus you get a complementary piece of cake which is oh so yummy �! Customer service here has always been great! It does get busy during lunch but would you want to eat somewhere that was dead. Busy means they know what they are doing. Im sirry to say it was overpriced fir what we had. The service was adequate but we thought portion was very small fir price we paud. I expexted more than what we would get from a chain eatery.
It was ok...a little overpriced...especially the soup. I was charged $3.40 for a small take out container
