I luv this place unfortunately I do not live in Anderson anymore but my mother use to make old fashion layered cakes for all of us but would complain about how difficult it was to make the chocolate... so she found out that they made them and started buying old fashion Chocolate cakes from them.... unfortunately she passed away, now I order one for my son that lives in Columbus Ohio for Xmas and one for his birthday because he loves them! Thank you for make delicious cakes.
Didn't like the Uggly cake you suggested. It was way to sweet. Thought it would be good, would never get it again. Have to try something else next time.
They did our wedding cake. Absolutely beautiful and amazingly delicious. Everyone loved it. The icing was a little too sweet for me, but i'm not big on icing. The icing people went nuts for it though. And I have NEVER seen a cake that pretty before. We didn't want to cut it. And Jane was wonderful to work with. Everyone involved was so nice! And they seemed genuinely excited to be a part of it.
We ordered a dairy free birthday cake for my son they made it exactly like the picture I gave them and it tasted great! I will definitely be going back.
They have the best of everything in town and for miles around. We got lemon squares fruit cake cookies and a red velvet cake with extra iceing!!!Love that iceing!!The people are so nice. There's nothing bad you can say about the Sweetery. Everyone needs to go there. Every time we are near Anderson we go by there. Oh yeah their sandwiches are to die for. Great place only wish I could go there more often.
