Cupcake tasted like box cake mix :( no description of the cupcakes flavors listed in the consumers view. As my first time in since the switch, I was not impressed. 3 employess in the store, 2 were just standing there with a melancholy look on their face. The girl who helped me was nice, and cheerful which was the best part of my visit.... The 5 stars are for her.
This place is terrible with the new owners. I feel for the employees that stayed on staff. And you should be reported to the BBB for deleting bad reviews since the new owner take over!!!!

Hm, how to say this...New owners, you should be more honest, you didnt change the name to "creative memories" (which has been around a long time and has its own loyal customers and following) leading one to believe since the name remained "the sweet spot" that the cupcake would remain the same. Fantastic...just had a cake from here last weekend. Phenomenal... Previous post mentioned an issue with the icing, all I can say is hhhmmm. Maybe its preference, I thought the icing was creamy and not over-sweet. My thought was yum! Staff is great, friendly and pleasant. I thought the cake was great. One of my new favorite places.
Fantastic! The cherry-filled cupcake was absolutely the best! Loved the mint chocolate cupcake too! A very cute place with very nice people!
