If you have never tried a gelato cake you should do it -- now!! It was the best thing I've had in a long time! We combined cookies and milk and Cinnamon and it was delicious! The cookie crumble crust is to die for!

It's time to educate the staff about gluten allergies. When they're getting a new scoop for the ice cream, they should be getting a brand new clean one. I had a reaction from someone that wasn't being careful tonight. Really disappointed and may not come back.
