We highly recommend the Swanson Team! Tracie, Matt and their team truly care and provide outstanding service. Matt and Tracie are the very best!! They are the most Honest, Knowledgeable, and Professional Team in South Florida Real Estate business. They understand the needs of their clients!! Thanks Cora Stagg.

Well yesterday after several offers and deals walked away from, no fault of Matt & Tracie's, we finally closed yesterday. Thank you Matt & Tracie for your industry ... read more
I had the pleasure of working with Matt and Tracie on both the buying and selling side, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They made everything feel easy and stress-free, always kept me informed, and went above and beyond at every step. It truly felt like working with friends. I highly recommend them! Thank you Matt & Tracie!
