Great place to live if you hate sleeping during the summer, thanks to a perpetually broken fire alarm system. Seriously - been living here for years, and every summer it's the same exact thing like clockwork. The fire alarm just keeps going off nonstop, often multiple times a night. Building management claims time and time again that it's fixed...and yet it's 2:30am as I type these words - second time it's woken me up tonight, and second time this week. Good luck if you choose to live here.
