Surgical nursing team was great. Overnight nurse was overbearing, rude. Unbelievable disrespect to a patient. Overflowing toilet with feces. Told to call her instead of switching rooms. I guess I was supposed to use the hallway facilities? TV didn’t turn on or off. Rude behavior trumps all. Called Lindsey White, Director of Nursing. Her quote was”our facility jumped though hoops” to house me overnight despite having complete facilities fort that purpose. She said that the nurse complained of me.. Had surgery there August 13,I have never met such amazing people,to include my awesome surgeon,Dr Michael Cantrell, I didn't think this type of kindness and caring excited in health care any longer from the time I checked in until they rolled me to the car was nothing but love!!!!,the sweet nurses that had to deal with my collapse veins,hats off to you..It is always hard to fine my veins,they were absolutely presious,David and Elisabeth.....Ladies in the OR,so kind and professional, it truly makes a difference, im a Dental H... read more
From the office staff the Doctors and Nurses are very professional. I have had several surgical procedures there and always treated with respect. I can highly recommend this place.
The people, not just the doctors, took very good care of my sister!! I was impressed with the level of service she received when getting her cataracts removed! Great job everyone !! Especially the nice young man who brought my sister out to the car both times we've been there! I wish I had gotten his name because I would love to give a huge shout out for him!!
