Stay far away. They have very shady billing practices, and will not work with you. For example, I logged in and had an option to pay the bill in full with a 20% discount. I call in to make the payment and the person didn't believe me. He logged into the account and started typing and then said "I don't see that option". Since then, I have not been able to log back in online. I have a screenshot showing that I had a 20% discount if paid in full...but they are a bunch of con-artists.
