Had a minor eye surgery about a month ago at your center. Everyone was so friendly, informative that the whole experience was easy and pleasant. I have been to a number of surgery centers and I say if you have to have outpatient surgery, try to have it here!
This is one of the best run medical facilities I’ve ever experienced. The Surgery Center is well maintained but even better, the staff is top notch, from the nursing staff to the anesthesiologists. My sister had a total hip replacement and I was with her from start to finish. I observed the recovery room charge nurse, Maria, she was attentive, caring, sensitive and knowledgeable. I had surgery on my ankle here and I was so impressed. I went in, filled out a few forms, and my name was called in minutes. And the nurses and anaesthesiologist and surgeon were all very awesome, compassionate and energetic and friendly. I felt very comfortable there and I felt like they really cared about me. Have had many outpatient procedures and one surgery here. Very clean. Highly professional, compassionate and friendly staff. Close to BART, so easy to take BART there and then have someone pick you up as required. Smaller facility so easy to navigate.
Excellent care for the surgery and post-op.
