Easy to get appointments in a timely manner. Front desk personnel are very efficient, friendly and helpful. It is truly a pleasant experience. I have dealt with Dr. Mark Merrell for many years and he is always professional and willing to fix whatever the problem is, or refer a patient to someone else in his office. The inside office personnel are also very kind, helpful and understanding. Thank you for this organization.
TCO has a very qualified and caring staff.
They are always helpful and courteous. The doctors are always willing to hear what you have to say.
Dr Hansen was apologetic for running late. I appreciated that. However, I still would have appreciated MY time to try and understand the diagnosis. He appeared to be trying to make up being late for the next patient.
Caring, Compassionate Staff. The office is genuinely dedicated to your personalized treatment and goals. Finding a medical team that takes time to explain procedures/results and allowing the patient to address questions/concerns, is hard to encounter today. I highly recommend TCO to anyone that is looking for a medical team that goes above and beyond the scope of care for their patient.
