I've been going to TCO for 20 years. Dr Merrill did my 1st shoulder surgery and years later a knee replacement. Now I see Dr Shoham @ The Spine Clinic in Richland..He definitely cares about his Patients..His PA Karen is Awesome as a Person and Evaluating My Lower back problems. The Staff are So Caring and Friendly in the Office and Procedure side.
They were very good about explaining my procedures to me so I could better understand what was being done.
I would like to say that Caleb in particular has been extremely helpful. He’s noticed issues that have been very helpful and successfully pain relieving. I’m grateful for his understanding of issues I face and possible solutions. I appreciate his expertise and knowledge and will continue to rely on him for continued treatment.

Tri City Orthopaedic Clinic has helped me with my back and shoulder issues. I have been very satisfied with my doctors and their aides in explaining the issues and answering my questions. I love their physical therapy department as well!
Karen is the best at managing my pain. She listens, inspects and responsibly recommends treatment at the hint of returning pain. Perfect bedside manner especially understanding and compassionate! I fully recommend her and Dr Shoham for back, hip, knee debilitating issues. The pain I go through healing from procedures is minimal compared to 50% chance of back surgery failing.
