Updated review: Reached out to the company re dissatisfaction with work. They were extremely responsive - had plumbers out to do rework within 48 hours (not that it was a time critical issue). Subsequent rework was really well done (no charge) by Joe and his trainee and eliminated my issues with the original work. VERY impressed.
