Lucas H accommodated our Mother on short notice as he took the time to pick up her appointment earlier then originally planned for service Lucas installed two new taps which had started to leak in her laundry room we appreciate his professionalism while he explained in detail the importance of having these upgraded to Code ! Great service with a lovely smile -SuperPlumber has the best customer service from the intake of our call to completion within a short window we feel happy and worth their Service Highly recommended!
After 5 calls to emergency plumbers for a rental flood on Sunday evening at 8 pm, i finally was able to confirm with Joey that he was able to come from Nanaimo immediately. He was at the Victoria house at 930 or so and fixed the blocked pipe before midnight. Thank you for your promptness and communication!!! So much appreciated Sharon Ludlow
