We met Kim about fourteen years ago when she helped us find our villa in Southwood. More recently we worked with her when we found our current home in Lake of the Woods and resold the villa. I am not the easiest person to deal with, yet Kim manages to press on despite that issue. She is very professional, is quite familiar with the areas in Venice, and most important - knows all the ins and outs of the real estate business.
