RecommendedBelle Meade has been such a wonderful place to live ever since we moved in 2016. The amenities have no comparison and the staff has always worked hard to not only mantain but improve the community. They are always planning events such as food trucks, fitness classes, bbq parties etc. We even have a station to wrap our presents! RecommendedI'm currently on a waiting list for a 1st floor, 2 bedroom apartment but I can tell you I am very impressed with this community and the professionalism of the leasing staff, in particular, Jasmine Reeves. I'm looking forward to a day in the not too distant future when a unit meeting my needs becomes available. I'm shooting for August, September or October but hopefully no later than November.
RecommendedI lived at Belle Meade for about 2.5 years and from the move in process to moving out, the office staff were amazing. The amenities are great and the floor plans are large and really functional. The prentice floor plan that I had honestly felt more like a townhome than an apartment - I cook a lot so I really appreciated the large kitchen. RecommendedThe apartments are brighter and more spacious than I've experienced in other communities. Plus, I love my neighbors and the friends my kids have made.
RecommendedI want to thank my neighbors in building 1134. Wade and Brandy I think is the correct name.. They were grilling fish yesterday and asked my husband if he wanted some. They didn’t know this but my husband is a Hospice patient and has not eaten in 2 weeks. He ate the first piece I gave him and asked for more! Thank you two so much! RecommendedShannon was so helpful with our move in process! We luckily drove by and found the Waterford Terrace and went for a walk through and knew it was where we wanted to be. Has nice floor plans, larger kitchen area, and more updated features than any other apartment we looked at! We look forward to our time at Waterford Terrace.
