Poor maintenance service. 3 service request put in to fix the AC, 3 weeks now and it has yet to be fixed. They only come out to look at the AC, and leave notes its fixed and its not. I was advised to open the doors and windows so that creepy crawlers can get in. So, now, not only is it hot inside your comfy place, there's a bug problem as well from leaving the door open and windows up. The Summits have provided by far the best living experience for me while relocating from my previous home. The outside pool / grill is my favorite part. The staff has been so helpful in my transition and provides an overall safe and friendly community. I would highly recommend living here.

The apartments are brighter and more spacious than I've experienced in other communities. Plus, I love my neighbors and the friends my kids have made.
The Summits was a life saver for me and my family. We went from a very poor, unsafe neighborhood to a very nice, quiet, safe, beautiful new home. Very happy here!!
