We had an absolutely delicious dinner at The Summit Room last night! The chef, Brent Martin is incredible! We had great local food, including burrata from Uno Alla Volta! The chef even used some of our maple syrup to create an oh so delicious scallop dish! If you live in the Charlotte area you must give this place a try. We promise you won't be disappointed!
Well the service was extremely/abnormally slow. I really sympathize with the staff however because it looks like they are one set of staff really running two restaurants combined in one. The food is good however not great for the proportions and price they are charging. You are basically paying for a high end meal and getting appetizer portions throughout. Another wonderful meal from Chef Brent Martin and his team. My favorite place! Mussels are always perfect. The duck was fabulous.
Haven't tried it yet but I know its good because I know the owners and they are excellent people.
Solar to Good Food on Montford. Had the the stuffed cod. Good stuff!
