Nice environment Have been lived here more than 3 years, environment is great, maintenance staff here are nice and patient. I would recommend to other people who looking for apartments.
Home away from home ?? Back in 2018 I was relocated to the city of Tampa for work (Chicago to Tampa). Never even being to Florida, my wife and I needed to find a new place to call home from hundreds of miles away on a computer screen. Many places didn’t have any availability on the dates I needed. Great environment The office staff is very polite and extremely helpful as well as the maintenance staff. The area is always kept clean and quiet. Great place to live.

Great place to live. I recommend The Summit at Sabal Park. I always feel welcomed by the Property Manager,Myra. I've lived here for over 4 years and the staff is friendly. The new maintenance team is quick. Elijah & Lenny are very helpful. Same day repairs. I like the monthly resident events and contests.
