This is a nice quiet neighborhood. we enjoy the pool in the summertime. an exercise room winter and summer. every month Summit always have something for their tenants to enjoy . A wonderful place to live.

Ever since High Associates took over with Dana and her team, there's nothing else to say except they have been exceptional within the community. Many improvements have been made and many more are being taking place now with a new club house and dog park. The location is perfect with route 30 at your finger tips, Tanger Outlets less than 2 miles away and the Amish community only a short drive away. I am extremely happy where I am and couldn't ask for a better team to run The Summit at Mill Creek. Thank you!
