RecommendedI have lived at The Summit at Dobbs Ferry for 6 years and i love it. The management is amazing. Best way to communicate with them is via email. Meagan takes care of concerns right away and Joseph is one of a kind, in a good way! He knows how to fix "everything" with a smile and a kind, concerned word...always.
love this place. Lived here for three years then moved away for two years and of course moved back here again. Looked at other dog friendly luxury apts. Can’t compare. Love it here. No bugs. I lived here in two different apts and different buildings never saw a bug. I think the bad reviews are from people who are just pissed off that the rent is high but what do you expect in Westchester county and in Dobbs Ferry. SMH. I love it here and si do my dogs. This place looks great from the outside but dont be fooled. Office never answers phone when u have problem they yes you to death. Oh and dont forget the roaches. $2300 a month to live with roaches. Exterminator sure we will have him come when we know your not home so we dont get charged. Over priced and if u like your heat on in the summer so you have to run your ac more to pay a hige electric bill this is the place you wanna be. If you enjoy no customer service and a lack of care then rent an apartment at this place. They moved me in with a damaged microwave which I complained about but no one ever answers the phones or voicemails. Then, they charged me for the microwave when it was time to get my security deposit. I am STILL waiting for my full security deposit and no one has gotten back to me. This place is a joke and there is no professionalism. Management is nonexistent. They don’t care about their tenants and they charge you a fortune for a tin... read more
Former tenant. Maybe you can enforce the policy. Tell tenants to clean up the front of their apartments. Bicycles, kiidy pools, chairs tables, grills look horrible in front of the apartments
We just moved in and we're totally disappointed!!!! It's winter outside but heating is terrible. We feel frozen in our apartment. Management don't want to do anything just tell us that everything is gonna be fixed. Prices too high for these tiny apartment. Wouldn't recommend it!!

So far everyone has been wonderful! Questions and concerns have been handled rapidly. Now I just need to unpack!
