I wish there was a negative star to provide actual results for this complex . My daughter has been without water for a week, only to be told by management that they will put in a work order. It's not the city, because they have been out and checked and said it's the apartments pipes. Way to go Summit on offering such pathetic service to your college residents. Get ready for social media exposure to warn anyone else from moving into this community 👎
Love living here! I lived here when it was the Legacy and I am SO excited to see what the new management is going to offer. I love that it is a quiet and friendly community with a courtyard in the middle for my dog to run and play and my cat loves the large windows!! I don't intend on moving anytime soon! Management is great and very responsive!
