Great place to live. If you have Pets this is a Pet friendly community. Great environment and service.
This place really isn't shit. I've had things on my apartment broken for YEAR now. I've sent in multiple maintaince requests and nothing...I went to speak to them in person NOTHING. They told me there were no maintaince requests put in. And I'm not the only one that feels this way. Also they have a roach infestation and I told them about that and they continue to ignore me. But want to look crazy when I show up in person. I have a child he shouldn't be living with roaches at 2 yrs old tripping over the peeling fake hardware ... read more
I have yet to see a cockroach in my apartment after previous apartments places i've been in, which was infested. There pest control actually works unlike others. So far ive been very pleased.
I moved in last October and have been absolutely thrilled with the complex as a whole. The leasing office is friendly, the maintenance crew is awesome, and they are always looking to improve the property.
We've only been here for a month, however it has been great. The team is very helpful and involved, and ensures that you are taken care of. We, my wife and I, moved here so that she would be in a safer and better complex than our last and she has definitely noticed the difference! Thank you for all of your guy's work!
Office staff is helpful, new appliances are great, no breed restrictions on pups so there’s no discrimination against ANY OF THEM! 💕 tenants need to work on cleaning after they’re pups, but the maintenance staff does what they can to help keep a clean environment. They offer lots of resident incentives like Chick-fil-A breakfast, appetizers and drinks at local bars, movie nights and giveaways. High payout for referrals too! :) i just signed another 15 month lease. Check them out!
