I just moved in a couple weeks ago, but since the day I walked in to see the apartment I felt I was in the right place. Shannon is super professional and nice she walked me thru all the process. I'm happy to call Avesta home.
I have lived here since 2010, and since Avesta took over it has definitely been better. The property looks livelier and the maintenance staff actually fix the property, unlike the previous owners.
Out of all apartments I have lived in, these apartments may have been the best ones so far! Love they have full size washer & dryer, renovated kitchen & restrooms, no carpets and is pet friendly! The allow any dog no matter what breed they are, I have that problem looking for apartments that allow my German Shepard. the staff and maintenance are great & responsive to fixing the issues right away. It’s a great apartment and all the features they have to offer!
I’ve lived at the apartment for about 6 months and so far they’ve been excellent to my husband and I. From the first day we moved in they been nothing but helpful ,& kind. They make us feel welcome like we are family. I hardly have to call for maintenance but when I do they come the same day or the next and that’s what I like. I highly recommend living here.
I've lived in these apartments for about a year now and I feel very comfortable! Maintenance is always quick, and the front office people are very nice.

The renovated apartments are very nice, and the high ceilings on the second floor units are great! Maintenance and office staff are kind and attentive, we’ve never had to wait more than a day to have something fixed in our apartment. Rent is reasonably priced, especially considering the renovations and the W/D in unit. We’ve lived her for 2 years and have enjoyed our experience.
I have been living here since August and I absolutely love this apartment! No rowdy neighbors, maintenance is quick to assist in any problems, and it is a calm peaceful place to live!
I have lived here almost 5 years, and renew every time! The renovations are amazing, truly gorgeous. The staff is the absolute best, they take great care of every resident! They respond to concerns immediately and take care of maintenance requests within hours of posting! They have a package hub, covered parking, and two pools! I highly recommend!
