I am very disappointed with the Suites at Third following the end of my lease. I was a resident at Suites from August 2017-July 2019 and had no issues while living there. However, in February of 2020, 8 months AFTER my lease ended, I was contacted by the office to pay a fine regarding cleaning fees. If I did not pay the charges within the month, Suites at Third was going to report me to collections. This was never addressed during the entire move-out process back in late July of 2019. Honestly, it doesn’t get much better than this. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, the rooms and amenities are excellent, and in terms of bang for your buck you get the most out of all the choices on campus.
If I was on campus next year I would definitely sign with Suites again! Rooms, closets, and bathrooms are huge, providing plenty of storage in every corner. The staff is extremely nice and maintenance responds pretty much immediately and is always super respectful. The amenities in the building are awesome - my friends and I love to make s'mores and hang out on the deck that has an electric fire pit!
