RecommendedOverall, The Suites is a great community: amazing location and the amenities are awesome. Maintenance has some room for improvement but overall it’s been a positive experience.
Management is awful. They won't return most of your security deposit, even when your unit is in immaculate condition after you move out
Moved my son in three weeks ago and still no central a/c. This does not count the other issues presented to the management the day I moved him in. Countless phone calls and nothing accomplished. ! There are plenty of other establishments to move into that way, thank me for saving on you this one.

RecommendedEasily the nicest and biggest one bedroom apartments next to campus. A short walk to the Engineering Key and Holden Hall and the Jones AT&T Stadium! The staff is great and super attentive to the needs of the residents.
