I just tried making an appointment for my husband I had asked if they had a Saturday available later in the afternoon and the person I talked to on the phone said that I can make an appointment for 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. I said either one would work so then when they text me an appointment confirmation it was for 9:00 in the morning on a Saturday okay how does that work considering the fact that I told the lady we wanted a later appointment and then I told her to cancel it and then she kept insisting that I come in on a Mond... read more
Very, very disappointed. Been here several times with no issues. Went Fri afternoon for a simple cut. During the cut I mentioned it looked uneven from one side to the other. Stylist said maybe a little & "fixed" it. It stll looked uneven but chalked it up to poor lighting. Met some friends out for dinner and they all agreed that not only was it completely uneven, but the fade was not even blended. It was a line of no hair, then hair around my head.
