Review for Ruby I had such a great experience with Ruby! She gave me one of the best blow dries I’ve ever had — smooth, bouncy, and full of volume that actually lasted for the entire weekend. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, used the right luxury products for my hair type, and made the whole appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable. I left the salon feeling confident and polished. Highly recommend Ruby if you want that perfect salon-fresh finish!

I have been to this salon a couple of times but never reviewed it before, however today I feel inclined to write one due to my unpleasant dealings with the owner this morning. I went in for a balayage a while ago and I was very clear that I did not want a brassy, orange finish to my hair. At the time of the hair appt I had a blonde balayage, with NO red in my hair.
