Spent over a week here and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are average, but the service is incredible. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my specific requests without hesitation, which I deeply appreciated. Perfect location within walking distance to local hotspots too. Highly recommend!
I am staying at this hotel and I have a lot of issues. There is no coffee past 10 which is insane. Also none in the rooms. The room is gross and dirty looking. Also I went to the coop restaurant to get coffee and they made coffee for the staff but in the 10 minutes I waited negated to make coffee for me. This is not acceptable. This hotel needs to learn better hospitality.
I stayed here on a Friday night while visiting my Drexel student. The room was nicely appointed. Modern scandinavian look. Comfy beds. Modern shower. Darkening shades. The lobby has plenty comfy couches and chairs. Everything was clean. The concierge was super friendly. Did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant but it looked nice and was hoppin' when we got back to the hotel at 9pm. Would definitely stay here again.
Close to universities. Good service.
