Best place I’ve ever been to
JR is AMAZING! I had a new topper that was a mess and she gave me advice to tell the place I bought it. When I got the replacement, JR cut it in and gave me a FABULOUS haircut! I cannot recommend her enough - she knows hair!!!!
I only have good things to say about my experience! The studio is great. My service from front desk to stylist was great, the salon uses high quality products and my stylist Melissa did exactly what I was looking for. I was a walk in for a blowout and I left with exactly what I asked for with my style and my hair feeling clean and bouncy. I’m so happy I found a place to get blowouts, I’ll definitely be back.
I’ve been a client of this salon for over 15 years and through multiple ownership changes. I am writing this review to caution others against purchasing gift certificates here due to my recent experience with customer service. I received a gift certificate from my boss, and prior to booking, I called the salon to confirm I could use it for a haircut.
