Absolutely amazing. The only individual that has been able to consistently help with pain/tightness. Clean, relaxing, and quiet area. She has a ton of knowledge, and takes the time to answer questions.
I highly recommend myofascial release to anyone that is experiencing muscle tightness and/or pain, resulting in decreased range of motion and mobility. It is a tranquil and relaxing! I went in with neck stiffness and pain and left feeling better. I also recommend cupping on your upper back! She has a frequent flyer in me.
Nina is excellent! Myself and partner had crippling back pain that she was able to make disappear with only one myofascial release appt. Highly recommend!
