Rushed my haircut. she schedules to many appointments to close to each other. Ended with a bad haircut. Do not go here if you want a good hair cut
I came in a year ago and had a great experience. I worked with Kylee and she was really nice, invested in my appointment and made sure that I got the cut I was asking for. This time however it was the complete opposite. Andrea cut my hair and was working with two other clients and busy talking to her friends that walked in during the appointment. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with my recent appointment. I asked for a medium blonde that would help soften my natural grow-out and make things more manageable as a new mom. Instead, I left with damaged, several different colors of ORANGE, uneven hair. I genuinely don’t understand how someone can let a client walk out with ORANGE hair when that is the complete opposite of what was requested. My family loves coming here to get hair cuts and such. Staff do amazing working as a team.
My teenager had a very specific idea from an Anime character she wanted. Andrea was phenomenal in dealing with my rapid fire explanation and, trust me, you’ll get more emotion from a turnip than my teen. We were relaxed and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. This was my daughter’s first color and cut so definitely a novel experience. She is currently taking a billion selfies to show off to her friends. And she is the harshest critic and will let you know. Thank you again Andrea and Everyone!!!
