Kristi is One of the most awesome and motivated Trainer I have worked with! Always excited to go!!!
I’ve never been more impressed with a trainer in my lift! Kristi is by far the person you want to go see if you want to get fit. I started going to her to prepare my body for my wedding lol, and she constantly pushes you to correct your form to achieve the best outcome. Literally have never been so happy, my body is already thanking her. Also she is so caring, professional and has the best communication. 100% recommend her!
