James and the team helped me to sell my home in north side Richmond. After their extensive marketing blitz it only took 2 days before I had 3 interested buyers and two who actually over bid the asking price! James and the team then helped me get through all of the follow up paperwork inspections etc, and when some minor problems came back from the inspection they even helped me to find a reputable repair man at a fair price.
