I love this place..!! I like the simplicity, but yet it has it all. I am starting to have personal training with Jennifer Mortensen to help keep my back (that I injured last year) in a happy place. Its fun to watch all the interaction and personal one on one training, or group one on one training, as you are working out yourself or on one of the cardio machines. I have the best of both worlds.
