The Strong Center has a lot of classes available for members to choose from, a good variety of equipment, and they have knowledgeable trainers to help you with your goals. I have been very happy with my experience at this gym and love the fact that I am supporting a locally owned business.

I'm on my second workout and I'm already quite thrilled with this place. I took it easy and tried out two sets of machines. One set that has little buttons to pull out to access weights and another set is upstairs and just for women. I also did 5 minutes on a bike. Need help figuring out how to walk on a treadmill, apparently. The other customers are all so nice and supportive and helpful, as is the staff. Private showers rock!! Thanks!
Day one of my transformation started with a warm welcome and encouraging smile. I was encouraged to learn I would be able to do everything that was presented in my challenges. A great workout and a nice yoga class to unwind at the end. Staff are personally interested and dedicated to helping even the most unfit of us! What a breath of fresh air!
I've been a member for 1.5 years, after a lifetime at the big name, impersonal gyms. The vibe here is great. I do mainly the included classes, and sometimes the excellent group personal training classes. I like the small building size, and easy access and parking. Everyone I've encountered on staff and as members have occurred friendly, serious about their fitness goals, positive and accepting. At the times I go, it's mainly mature adults quietly working out. I absolutely love this gym. The employees are very helpful and encouraging. The price is not high and they have what I need. Always feel good after a nice workout there.
