used to live in Apt 8... i'd probably give the overall apt a 2 star. No central AC and the window unit doesn't do much during the summer and no washer/ dryer connections. German roaches were a HUGE problem but like they only came out at night and management was pretty good about coming out and doing a 1 time spray that kept their numbers down. The apartment numbers are all mixed up and make no sense what order they're in. Makes it hard to find
This is an affordable apartment if you don't expect much. No central air, washer/drier, or pest control. Maintenance is on top of things, but the apartment shows alot of it's age. A bit of a cockroach problem, but not terrible. Online payment of rent is a plus. The area is loud at night, but is not very dangerous. Overall, not a bad college dorm for a year or two so near campus.
