I love this gym! The trainers are so attentive and they keep me accountable towards my goals. They are easy to talk to and understand my challenges and work to help me overcome them. The gym itself is going through changes but they are handling them with grace. Shout out to Matt and Katrina for doing such a great job!
Have made 2 appointments and no one called at scheduled time. Left voice mail messages 3 times and have not had a return phone call.
I've been virtually visiting this gym off and on for 5 years, as I don't live local. They have had several challenges that can be entered virtually, and I love this option as I have my own equipment at home. Jenna and Katrina are great at checking in on your journey, offering feedback, and adjusting your plan to ensure you see results.
